“ Pensive Enigma “

It is always a good challenge to find a way to do the topic assigned. I first looked up the dictionary meaning of "pensive" and "enigma";
that is always a good starting point. What came to me the thinking of what we are doing to our waterways, and the puzzling, hard way to understand why man is not more respectful to our waterways as they are a source from which we get some of our food. Over the years man has continually polluted them and kill it inhabitants and water flora, poisoning some of the fish that they are dangerous to eat. It certainly is a paradox that the earth provides us these resources and we, humans are destroying them.
