“ Spirited Blossom “
My "Malva Sylvestris""project is inspired by this edible flower whose flowering is abundant, colorful and delightful in the garden.
I chose to create a 3D object to integrate several techniques:
copper etching, basse-taille enamel, cloisonné enamel, painted enamel, pigments and Faux Bone™ for lid fitting.
I developed a method to etch the inside of a copper bowl more evenly, I found a way to fit the inside of the lid without soldering and easy to repair. I loved this project in which I integrated the enamels differently! I know in another project I will do some enameling steps differently, that's a positive view of the learning process!
